Join Saporito for a hands-on pasta making experience! Chef Caren is teaching her first pasta class of the season!

During this relaxed, guided class, you’ll work with simple, high-quality ingredients and learn the fundamentals of traditional pasta making. From mixing and kneading to cutting and cooking, you’ll gain the confidence to recreate fresh pasta at home with ease.


When: Sunday, July 19th at 2:00pm

Where: Wycombe Vineyards

Who: Anyone interested in learning how to make pasta from scratch! Children ages 12 and up are welcome to learn.

Cost: $40 per person (alcohol not included): Reservations are first come, first serve and limited to 6 people. Names will be added to a waiting list, have priority for the next class, and notified if there are cancellations.

Other Details: Payment must be made a week in advance. An email with Venmo information will be sent.

EVENT DETAILS

  • Seasoned instructor: Caren has been making pasta for over 30 years and has taught various classes at all levels to adults and children.
  • Quality ingredients: imported flour and farm eggs are key to the best pasta
  • Pasta machines: Both the Atlas and Kitchen Aid will be on site; however, they may need to be shared. Other tools will also be available.
  • Final Products: Take your creations home to your families to enjoy! Boxes will be available for packaging.
  • Tasting: Fresh handmade pasta, prepared by Caren and tossed with her signature marinara will culminate the experience.

This is a welcoming, approachable class—perfect for beginners, food lovers, or anyone curious about the art of handmade pasta from scratch. Come ready to roll up your sleeves, learn something new, and leave with something delicious to share.
