This gathering is designed to highlight the best of the season, paired with the relaxed beauty of the vineyard setting. Whether you are a long-time Pasta Club member or attending for the first time, we invite you to slow down, enjoy thoughtfully prepared food, and connect with others who appreciate simple, well-made ingredients.

Event Details

When: Friday, July 24 at 6:00 PM

Where: Wycombe Vineyards

Cost: $55 per person (includes Riesling) All other alcohol not included  

Other Details: Payment must be made a week in advance. An email with Venmo information will be sent.

The Evening’s Menu

A Celebration of the Season:
A seasonal salad inspired by the farmers market, featuring peak summer produce from local growers and dressed with one of Saporito’s signature vinaigrettes.

Trenette with Olive Arrabbiata
The main course features handmade and hand cut trenette pasta paired with a Roman-inspired arrabbiata sauce. Built on bold, traditional flavors, it combines ripe tomatoes, garlic, fresh herbs, chili flakes, and briny Mediterranean olives into a vibrant, tangy sauce.

A Sweet Finish
Traditional Saporito wine biscuits are served alongside a glass of Wycombe Vineyards dry Riesling to close the evening.

As a courtesy to our Pasta Club members, priority reservation access is offered before tickets open to the public. Seating is intentionally limited to keep the evening warm, relaxed, and personal, so early booking is encouraged.
