a new season…

There’s something about the start of a new season that invites you to begin again — At Saporito, that shift is felt in lighter meals, fresh herbs, dough being stretched by hand, and the kind of cooking that feels right for long afternoons that turn into evening without much notice.

This season, I’m looking forward to bringing more of Saporito to Wycombe Vineyard.

The setting lends itself naturally to gathering — open air, a glass of wine in hand, and food that’s meant to be shared. This year’s menus will reflect that feeling in a slightly different way, with a focus on fresh, handmade pizzas, simple sliders, and a small selection of desserts like tiramisu, fresh biscotti, crostada — all prepared with the same care and attention to ingredients that define Saporito.

Throughout the season, you’ll find a mix of offerings

Each gathering will be a little different, shaped by the event, the ingredients available, and the people who come to the table.

  • Afternoon pop-ups featuring pizza, sliders, and select desserts
  • Pasta Club dinners — intimate, shared meals centered around fresh pasta
  • Pasta-making classes for those who want to learn the process by hand
  • Saporito at Sunset dinners, where the pace slows and the table lingers a little longer

Whether you stop by for a casual afternoon, join for a class, or settle in for a longer dinner, the intention is always the same — to create a space where food feels thoughtful, conversation comes easily, and time stretches just enough to enjoy it.

There is always room at the table.

And I hope to see you at Wycombe Vineyard.
