A Shared Table, Month by Month

The Saporito Pasta Club was created for people who miss the feeling of meals that linger — the kind where food is made by hand, time slows down, and connection matters as much as the food on the plate. Rooted in the traditions of Lazio and inspired by family gatherings in the mountainous town of Artena, the Pasta Club is about building community through fresh pasta, shared experiences, and a sense of belonging.

Each month, the club centers on a special pasta cut or preparation — shapes and styles that reflect seasonal options, regional tradition, or a memory from the kitchen. These are pastas that invite curiosity and conversation, often the kinds made for holidays, long Sundays, or special family meals. Alongside the pasta itself, the club creates opportunities to gather: around dinner tables, at small group tastings, or during informal get-togethers where food, stories, and ideas are shared freely.

The Pasta Club is also where Saporito listens. Members may be invited to focus tastings, menu trials, or casual dinners where new ideas are explored and feedback is welcomed. These moments are not formal or performative — they’re collaborative, familiar, and grounded in trust. It’s like sitting in a kitchen while a favorite meal or sauce simmers and everyone has an opinion.

Above all, the Saporito Pasta Club is about connection — to food, to memory, and to one another. It’s for people who value real meals, who feel nostalgic for tables filled with conversation, and who believe that community is built one shared dish at a time.

Club Perks:

What Members Can Expect

The Pasta Club is intentionally flexible. Offerings may vary by season and availability.

Members may receive:

  • A monthly special pasta cut available only to the club like ravioli, lasagna sheets, cavatelli etc.
  • Occasional house-made sauce pairings
  • Family recipes
  • Invitations to small group dinners, tastings, or pasta-focused gatherings
  • Early access to limited filled pastas, sauces, or seasonal offerings like a butternut squash ravioli, pesto while basil is in season, vinaigrettes. Order ahead and pick up your order at the Wrightstown Market.
  • Opportunities to participate in feedback sessions or menu development tastings

Not every month includes every element — the club is designed to feel generous, not rigid.

Gathering and Community Experiences

Depending on the season, members may be invited to:

  • Intimate pasta dinners
  • Casual meetups centered on cooking or tasting
  • Focus groups that help shape future menus
  • Holiday or seasonal table gatherings

Attendance is always optional. The goal is invitation, not expectation.

A Low-Pressure Structure

  • Seasonal or quarterly participation rather than long-term expectations
  • Limited membership to keep gatherings communal and intimate
  • Simple communication through email or the website
  • Easy opt-in, easy pause

The Pasta Club is meant to fit into real lives — not add another commitment.
