Fresh pasta is one of the simplest and most satisfying foods you can make in the kitchen. At its heart, it’s just a few ingredients — flour, eggs, and a little patience. But with a bit of technique, a willingness to slow down, and a sense of humor, those humble ingredients transform into something truly special.

In this video, I walk through the process of making fresh pasta from scratch the way it’s meant to be done — by hand, step by step. Along the way, I share a few tips and tricks that make the process easier and help you achieve the texture and consistency you’re looking for.

My hope is that my demo gives you the confidence to try it in your own kitchen. Once you feel the dough come together and roll out that first sheet of pasta, you’ll see that it’s not complicated — just intentional, simple, and incredibly rewarding.

Once you get the hang of making fresh pasta, you’ll always have to make room at your table! Enjoy…
